In the face of change, innovation shines.
This year, we faced a dynamic shift with a 20% surge in enrollment. Rather than viewing this as a challenge, our dedicated team of educators saw it as an opportunity for growth and improvement.
Our passionate educators, Angela, Cecilia, Genavi, Joseph, Karen, and Theresa, gathered at the drawing board to strategize and recalibrate. Together, they revisited our standard operating procedures, rules, and regulations, ensuring the seamless operation of our learning center despite the significant increase in numbers.
Not stopping there, our educators went above and beyond. They delved into a comprehensive review of teaching subjects, adapting and expanding our syllabus to accommodate the growing needs of our students.
But it wasn't all work and no play! Recognizing the importance of understanding the student experience firsthand, our educators engaged in a unique approach. They took the time to paint, construct, and role-play, immersing themselves in the world of our students. This hands-on experience has been invaluable, allowing us to tailor our teaching methods to create an even more enriching and engaging learning environment.
At ZRCLC, we believe that adapting to change is not just a necessity but an opportunity for progress. We are excited about the positive impact these enhancements will have on the educational journey of our students.
