A LARGE PART OF OUR SUCCES IS THE INVOLVEMENT OF VOLUNTEERS & BENEFACTORS. 


Yes, we wouldn't be able to do what we do without the generosity of people who help us with their time, their expertise and their financial assistance.


With limited financial resources and with so many needy refugee children in Kuala Lumpur who are entitled to the basic right of education, there is always room for more volunteers and benefactors to as we endeavor to reach out to as many in need.


Here are 2 ways in which you can be involved with us


IN THE CLASSROOM


If you have are trained teacher or have the natural gift of teaching and have some time to spare, we would love you to be part of our part-tiem  team. We are constantly looking for qualified teachers to teach the following academic subjects


  • English 

  • Math 

  • Science

  • Bahasa Malaysia


We also welcome individuals who can teach other subjects such as Art, Music etc) and individuals who are able to give individual tuition to our children who require additional dedicated attention.​​​

IN THE OPERATIONS

The day to day operational cost of running a refugee learning center can stack up to a sizable amount from rent to utilities, from school supplies to school stationary, from repairs of the air-conditioning to the replacement of classroom fixtures due to wear and tear.


Hence we do depend on the generosity of benefactors to help us with these day to day running costs
